I have understood that this is an intensive course and I hereby declare that my intention is to go to Summer Camp to study.

I have read and understood what my fee of 13 500 SEK (or 900 USD for non-Swedish students) covers.

I have read the rules and regulations and understand the potential consequences of breaking these rules and regulations.

I understand that to be eligible to attend the Summer Camp I must complete the Akad ceremony where a contract is agreed upon between me and the organizers from SMA.

Genom att skicka denna ansökan förbinder jag mig att följa alla regler som gäller för SMA Summer Camp 2012 om jag blir utvald att delta. Jag förstår att min ansökan är bindande om jag blir utvald att åka, vilket innebär att jag förbinder mig att betala alla kursavgifter. Om jag bryter mot de regler som gäller för kursen accepterar jag de påföljder som anges på SMA Summer Camps hemsida som kan innebära böter eller att jag tvingas avbryta mina studier och bli hemskickad tidigare på egen bekostnad enligt beslut från SMA:s koordinatorer.

By submitting this application, I hereby agree to comply with all Rules and Regulations applicable to SMA Summer Camp 2012 if I am selected to participate. I understand that my application is binding if I get selected to go, which means that I commit myself to pay all tuition fees. If I break the rules and regulations stated on the Summer Camp homepage, I accept the disciplinary consequences related to the offence which could mean that I’m subject to fines or to have my studies end prematurely and be sent home at my own expense according to the decision of the SMA coordinators.
